The terms governing use of Rohani Istikhara's services and website.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rohani Istikhara website and your use of our services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Rohani Istikhara provides istikhara and spiritual consultation services, including istikhara for marriage, business and career matters, personal istikhara, and Ilm-ul-Adad consultation. Consultation details and fees are confirmed with you before the consultation and form part of these Terms.

3. Getting Started

  • A consultation is confirmed once we agree on the matter, the consultation, and the fee in writing (usually on WhatsApp).
  • You share the details of your matter that are needed for the istikhara; everything you share is kept confidential.
  • Each consultation is one-time unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Consultation fees are confirmed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) before the consultation begins.
  • Fees are payable as agreed when the consultation is confirmed.
  • Payment instructions are shared when we confirm your consultation.
  • Fees may change for future consultations; your fee is the one confirmed for your consultation.

5. Refund Policy

  • If you have any concern about a payment or refund, contact us at 0337 3596955 and we will review your case fairly.
  • If we cancel a consultation, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled consultation — your choice.

6. Nature of Guidance

  • Istikhara is a spiritual practice of seeking Allah's guidance. It is not a guarantee of any outcome, and we make no such promise.
  • Consultation is guidance for your decision; the final decision, and responsibility for it, remain yours.
  • Our services are spiritual consultation only and are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial professional advice.

8. Honest Expectations

We provide sincere spiritual consultation and honest guidance. Outcomes of any decision rest with Allah and depend on many factors; we do not guarantee any specific result.

9. Intellectual Property

The content of this website — text, design, and materials — is the property of Rohani Istikhara and is provided for your personal use only. You may not copy or redistribute it without our written permission.

Anything you share with us about your matter remains yours and is kept confidential.

10. Website Use

  • The content on this website is for general information. While we keep it accurate, consultation details may change; the version confirmed before the consultation applies.
